We are proud to serve the residents of Allen, Wells, Whitley, Noble, DeKalb, and Steuben Counties, as well as Williams County, Ohio. Our mission is to provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. Thanks to over 1,500 community volunteers, we live our mission each day by providing critical programs that meet a variety of community needs. We are able to provide these opportunities thanks to the generous financial support of individuals like you who want to make a difference in our community.
